The Dutch resort group The Scholar Lodge, which offers a singular co-living and co-working hybrid, has simply opened its first two student-only Campus properties within the Marina and Poble Sec districts of Barcelona, Spain. The Scholar Lodge has collaborated with Masquespacio, the Valencia-based inventive consultancy, for the refurbishment and design of each properties.

The Marina Campus is housed in a four-towered 21,000 m2 building that features 500 rooms. The property options communal areas, equivalent to swimming swimming pools, gaming zones, open and closed seating areas, in addition to quiet classrooms to encourage connectivity and change whereas offering sufficient area for studying and improvement.

Contemplating each the worldwide clientele and the sturdy identification of The Scholar Lodge, Masquespacio has developed its design by creating a mixture that continues to be in step with the model’s picture whereas including a contact of Mediterranean identification by way of using native supplies and a daring shade palette.
