The building is positioned within the middle of the park, within the district the place the housing blocks stand surrounded by the huge and industrial zones. The Building serves as a conventional and a multimedia library for youngsters and adults, it has the studying halls, kids play areas, areas for the lectures and varied shows. Mediatheque can be a venue for conferences, concert events and exhibitions.
