Textual content description supplied by the architects. Gusto 501 is the newest restaurant by acclaimed restaurateur Janet Zuccarini situated in downtown Toronto. PARTISANS was tasked with the duty to create an unprecedented bar and restaurant expertise that’s sculptural, experimental, and extremely practical. Taking inspiration from the commercial neighborhood and the footprint of the earlier automotive storage, PARTISANS designed a putting up to date landmark for the stylish neighborhood.
