A single-family home, positioned in entrance of Lake Llanquihue on the southern slope of the Domeyko Bay. These two parts of the context are what outline the order and form of the home. The order, as a result of must have crucial enclosures with a frontal view of the lake and the form, as a result of search to imagine the topography of the slope in a quantity that descends with the terrain and captures the best quantity of sunshine from the north to counteract the few hours of sunshine on the positioning. The home is made up of two volumes, the primary one, that descends with the terrain on three ranges hosts the widespread areas of the home and the second that runs parallel to the slope, which comprises the bedrooms and bogs. Spatially, the primary quantity that descends with the slope is constructed as a linked house between its ranges and makes use of, leading to a steady house with a number of makes use of, the entry, the kitchen, the eating room, the lounge and the terrace and so forth. Spatially, the second quantity features a bigger opening in its north facade, this opening ends in greater areas within the inside circulation and within the youngsters’s bedrooms, which allowed the development of mezzanines that obtain and ship mild to the bedrooms which might be oriented to the south in the direction of the lake.

The home is a combined building, mixing wooden carpentry for basis pillars, beams, inside and exterior partitions, coatings and flooring, Sip panels for the slab of the primary ground and the perimeter and inside partitions of the primary and second flooring. The wooden panelling is impregnated pine wooden handled with oil and graphite gray varnish.
